Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary based on carrier, destination, and order volume. Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and timing is outside our control. Tracking information is provided so you can follow your order at any time.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us at info@swavetex.com with your order number and we will help resolve it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping costs.
